Tom Hare
Director of Fit Out
Tom leads Absolute’s fit-out business and is responsible for how every project is planned and delivered. He joined Absolute in 2017 as a Project Manager and progressed through Senior Project Manager, Head of Project Delivery and Operations Director before becoming Director of Fit Out in 2024. Before Absolute, Tom spent six years delivering exhibition and display projects with Arena Display, followed by interior projects with Equinox Design in Leeds.
Damien McKenna
Director, TECL Holdings
Damien is an experienced entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience building and scaling businesses across the construction, technology and software sectors. As a co-founder of BORIS Software and Obodux, and having acquired the Absolute Commercial Interiors brand alongside his business partner, he brings extensive commercial experience and a strong focus on innovation, strategic development and growth. As a Director of TECL Holdings, Damien plays a key role in identifying new opportunities, driving business performance and shaping the group’s long-term strategy.
Mark Humphrey
Director, TECL Holdings
Mark is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with over 20 years of experience developing and managing businesses across the construction, technology and software sectors. As a co-founder of BORIS Software and Obodux, and having acquired the Absolute Commercial Interiors brand alongside his business partner, he brings extensive experience in business management, operational performance and delivering sustainable growth. As a Director of TECL Holdings, Mark plays a key role in strengthening business operations, developing commercial opportunities and supporting the group’s continued expansion.
Joanne Holmes
Finance and HR Director
Joanne is an experienced finance and HR professional who has played a key role in the group’s development over the past eight years. As Finance & HR Director of TECL Holdings, she oversees financial management, human resources and the wider administrative functions across the group’s businesses. With a strong focus on financial control, operational efficiency and people management, Joanne works closely with the senior leadership team to support strategic decision-making, business performance and the group’s continued growth.

Dan Sawyer
Business Development Manager
Dan leads business development for Absolute, working with clients from the first conversation and site survey through to the start of their project. He joined Absolute as Business Development Manager in 2025. Dan brings more than a decade of sales leadership across the interiors and furniture sector, including roles as Business Development Director at bespoke joinery specialist WSG Interiors, Sales Manager at joinery manufacturer Planova Group and Moores Direct Manager at Moores Furniture Group.
Henry Moorhouse
Junior Project Manager
Henry joined Absolute as a Junior Project Manager in 2026. He previously managed interiors projects at ACS Interiors, after seven years in purchasing with ACS Group, giving him a strong grounding in the materials, suppliers and lead times behind every fit out.
